| What is the Powerweapons Partner Program? |
| The primary purpose of the Powerweapons Partner Program is to provide a way to share the subscription proceeds of Powerweapons.com with it's contributing artists. The program provides a way for each artist to promote their work and ultimately profit from their skills, talent, and contributions when prospective members are drawn to subscribe in order to see their work. |

| What are the levels of compensation? |
| The Powerweapons Partner Program pays 50% of the membership sign-up and 50% of every recurring sale originating from an artists referral. |

| What happens if I refer a member who signs up for a recurring subscription? |
| Any subscription that rebills will automatically credit the referrer of that subscription each time it renews. For example: If a prospective member subscribes to the site then the referring partner/artist is credited for the initial subscription, if the member chooses to sign up for the rebilling option then when the billing cycle renews and the member is rebilled the referring partner/artist will again be credited for payment, this will continue until the member cancels. |

| How will I recieve payment for my referrals? |
| When a partner signs up for the program they will give their mailing address and the name that they would like printed on the check. CCBill handles all payment arrangements so these details can be hidden from the staff of Powerweapons.com by choosing that option on the CCBill generated signup form. Then once a partner has exceeded $25 in payments due a check will be sent to the address specified and checks will continue to be sent each week for any period in which the amount owed to a partner exceeds $25. |

| When someone signs up for Powerweapons how does CCBill know that I referred them? |
| A referral is made when you send someone to Powerweapons from a banner or link on your site or in an email signature that includes the appropriate options, in fact it will work from any link anywhere that includes those options (for details on how to set up a banner or link see the banner page on CCBills affiliate admin pages which are linked to at the end of this document.) When someone follows your link it sends them to CCBill who puts a cookie on their system. The only purpose for that cookie is to save your account number so that if the user follows through and subscribes to the site (even a day or so later) CCBill can make the appropriate credit to your account. |

| How do I know that I will actually get credit for my referrals? |
| CCBill credits you for referrals and arranges payments behind the scenes without involvement from Powerweapons. Crediting you for payment comes out of Powerweapons share of member proceeds and has no effect on CCBills fee so they have no motivation to not credit you and since they handle the crediting without our involvement we have no way to affect the process even if we wanted to. If however, you have any concerns at any time, please let us know so that we can investigate. Even with the best of intentions it is always possible that something might be misconfigured somewhere. The main point is that if you feel like something is amiss please bring it to our attention immediately. |

| Can I create my own banners if I want to? |
| Absolutely, You can promote the site and your artwork in any way that you see fit short of spamming or becoming a nuisance. You can create your own banners or put a link in your emails or anywhere you like. |

| How do I get started? |
| Getting set up is simple. First sign up for the partner program by creating an account here, then once you have an account id and a username/password you can get banners and instructions as well as view stats on your account etc. by logging in here. |
